This Large Circuit Breaker Lockout is used to lockout wide range of 3 phase circuit breakers. Made of rugged engineering plastic, it fits on levers up to 3” wide and 0.9” thick.
Instructions for use:
- Put the circuit breaker toggle switch to the “OFF” position.
- Place the lockout over the handle.
- Tighten the set screw by hand, rotate the toggle.
- Apply a lockout padlock.
- Make sure the switch is completely locked out and cannot be energized until the lockout device is remove.
