Instructions for use:
- Place the Lockout Hasp through the isolating point and lock the Hasp by placing a Lockout Padlock in any of the six holes provided for locking.
- Ensure that the Lockout Hasp cannot be opened unless the padlock is removed.
- Up to 6 padlocks can be used for group locking.
